Company Overview
Miami Mar Inc. (MMI) was founded in Miami, FL, September 2000, to realize its primary goal: “the preservation of affordable housing”. MMI has acquired much of its current portfolio from the HUD “Trouble Properties List” and has substantially improved these properties through rehabilitation and intensive management. MMI will continue to be an advocate for the improvement of affordable housing. Over the years MMI has grown from a Miami, FL based property management group with one building to a tri-state property management company. The future goal of MMI is to bring a high standard of living in an affordable housing community near you.
